Junior Lesson

This week Room 5 and 6 including the year  7 and 8 of NRR were doing a lesson and fun games with them, What we did first was reading, we were reading On beyond zebra by Dr,Seuss, It was fun and then we went to do drawing, They were drawing zebra, and after that we went to play a game, our first game was tag but we stopped because the junior didn't know how to play so tout them how to play, so we went to play duck duck goose, it was fun then Mrs Henare called  us and everyone over for release it was fun and kept us fit.

Math

This week for math we were problem solving,Our problem was Highest to Lowest, we had to make the highest and lowest numbers with these signs, Timetables, takeaways and more, we had to use four numbers using 123456, I used 1256, I didn't get a really high number but I got an low number Like -49786, The easy part was doing the timetables, and the hard part was using my powers.

Reading

This week for reading we are learning to think critically, thinking critically means asking questions of the info you read, The easy part was asking questions , there were no things I needed to work on and I was succsesful

This week for reading we are learning how to think critically,Think critically means critical thinking has been variously defined as: "The process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating information to reach an answer or conclusion" "Disciplined thinking that is clear, rational, open-minded, and informed by evidence", I needed practice but I nailed it.

Writing

This week for writing we are doing explain writing, Explain writing is when you use fighting words you have to use a passive voice, A passive voice is using only explaining words, The easy part was writing three paragraph the hard part was using hard words.

Math

Last week for math we were learning to problem solve in groups, The problem was tea cups and saucers, The easy thing was to work as a group the hard thing was to try solve in 12 times.

This week for math we have still been learning to problem solve, The easy part was working together and the easy part was to solve the problem, Problem solving helps you with your math, It helps you by warming you up.
